New case study: Major organisation structure assessment in the Investment Management industry

Posted by Pierre-Yves Rahari on 13 December 2022

In our new case study we demonstrate how assessing the adequacy and sustainability of an organisational structure served as the roadmap to roll out meaningful and sustainable changes for a major and well-established organisation in the Investment Management industry.

The client had anticipated leadership changes and this meant one of their key objectives was the execution of a smooth and orderly leadership transition. In addition, there was a need to ensure the organisational set up remained sustainable and carried out the mission and purpose in the industry efficiently and effectively.

We undertook the assessment of the client’s organisational design through a comprehensive 360 degrees review process. This approach proved successful and allowed the client to be more cognisant of a number of positive levers in their organisational design, while better understanding some organisational and operational risks.”
